Endamian “Damia” Stewart
For Northampton School Committee Ward 4

Student First Approach

To me, serving students and advocating for their needs is the foundational objective of the school committee. I will work to ensure that all students feel seen, heard, and safe throughout their time in the Northampton public schools.

Inclusive Curriculum

Students should see themselves in all areas of the curriculum. Throughout every subject, we can strive to empower our community by reflecting the diversity of genders, races, ethnicities, abilities, and backgrounds represented in our students.

Community Engagement

Everyone in the school community has a voice that deserves to be heard. We can work to make sure that everyone in the school community—and especially students and their families—has an understanding of the school committee process and feels comfortable bringing their issues forward.

Sustainable Funding

Our public schools need funding to provide all of our students, teachers, administrators, and coaches access to the curriculum and programs that create enriching student experiences.
